how long do implantation cramps last?
I would love to think that I am having implantation cramping right now rather than the more likely AF is on her way. Just wondering how long they last. Do they feel like you have your period? TIA

I have to say that it did not feel like period cramps. It was specifically limited to one side of my body where was AF cramps go across my abdomen. The O cramps lasted for a few hours.

I'm sorry, I'm confused. Did your ovulation pain last a few hours or implantation cramping last a few hours. I though implantation took more time than that. Sorry, I'm still trying to figure this all out!

i think implantation varies per person...? some people don't even get it... but i think if you do it can be off and from 6-12 dpo into your first trimester... pg women get cramping too...

I am sorry. I didnt pay close attention to the question. I was talking about O cramps when you were clearly asking about implantation. I apologize.

I had cramping that was due to implantation from 5po till 8 weeks PG! And it was like AF , even slightly worse then that to be honest.

Both kids were completely different. With my first son I had quick sharp pains similiar to ovulation and with my 2nd son I had VERY BAD AF cramps on and off for a few days. I was only about 6dpo and on. So, it really can vary. Good luck!

Not true. I read that implantation can take up to 14DPO. I'm pretty sure it was on the Mayo Clinic's web site.

I don't know the specific answer to your question and everyone is different. I just wanted to share that I had AF like cramps from about a week before she was due through my 8th week. It got less and less as time went on.

Im pretty sure we conceived on 1/8, my spotting and cramping began on 1/22 and both the spotting and cramping is only tapering off like in the last 2-3 days.

I didn't have any spotting and the cramping was very short-lived, it just went along with the terrible gas
