Kegels...
So in my class the other night the woman said we should be doing 100 Kegels a day.
I hate to say it, but they FREAK me out!!
I don't know why, but the make me uncomfortable. So I'm FORCING myself to do them now.
Are you all doing them? Do they get easier?

I didn't do them religiously. The whole squeezing thing down there gave me the tickles all over. 
I have to say though, everything went right back to normal after the birth of DD

Another option if you hate sitting there just focusing on doing them....it is a little wierd....when you pee, stop a few times in mid-stream and count for 5 seconds....supposedly you don't have to do as many kegels......

I do them everyday - not 100... Usually I do them after I sneeze and almost pee myself....

I was doing the same thing. She said that can cause UTI's if you do it too often.
