I am so glad you posted this - I was wondering this last night - I couldn't fall asleep for some reason so I did a set of 25.....

Re: Kegels
I heard that you should do them after the baby is born. Is there a big benefit to doing them before?

I just learned about the benefits in my childbirth class. Supposedly, if you do your Kegels before birth it strengthen the perinetal (sp) area and can help you not tear, have deep epistomy and it also helps that area bounce back to its close original tightness.
Kegels also strengthen your muscles that hold your urine. So if you do them early, later in pg, you could prevent urine spillage when you sneeze, cough, etc.
