White tea vs. green tea
Does white tea also increase CM? I think it might...unless it's a coincidence  Anybody read about that?

I noticed a differenc with green tea, but never tried white. Heard something about carrots too.

I've heard green tea, baby carrots, water, and 100% white grapefruit juice (unsweetened). It's all healthy stuff so not a bother for me to try them all!

i drank green tea (1 1/2 cups a day) and it helped me increase the CM, and I got preggos on the 1st try
