is it normal to have one that lasts 16-17 days?

It should be roughly teh same every month so if that is how your is every month it is probably just your body. If it has changed you should talk to your Dr. It's called luteal phase

 i have LH surge on my brain  thanks. last month was roughly 16-17 days - i'll see how it goes this month. thanks.
