Re: Ovulation Help
Is it possible your OPK isn't correct?
I only ask because I had a box that were defective and resulted in two and a half months of driving myself insane.

Re: Ovulation Help
That's sounds strange. I would definitely get a box of Answer tests and test in the evening after holding your urine for about two hours or so and not drinking too much water. It will increase your accuracy. Good luck!

Re: Ovulation Help
I'm pretty sure I didn't get defective tests. The regular OPK's were driving me insane because I was double guessing myself with the lines, so I bought a digitial where there is no mistaken. I also test when I get home from work around 6ish after holding it in for a few hours.
I should also add that I am on Clomid because I wasn't ovulating on my own. And I know that Clomid can cause later ovulation.
It's just frustrating.

Re: Ovulation Help
sorry you're frustrated... the digitals aren't always better. I think it was AlexLynn who tested a few different ones recently and found Answer to be the most sensitive for her... check her earlier post... good luck. you may just not have ovulated yet... people ovulate on CD20 ??

Re: Ovulation Help
if your body tells you you're ovulating, i say BD away. OPKs are not created equal in terms of sensitivity, and for some women they may not pick up O at all depending on your LH level. plus, if you're testing once a day and your surge doesn't last too long, you may actually miss it with the OPK. so if you're feeling something, go for it!
