need help figuring this out
I'm a confused with all of this! This is the first month I'm going to use an OPK. Last AF started on Jan. 14. My cycle ranges from like 28 to 32 days. When should I start using my OPK? TIA!

You are on CD 13 today by your last AF. Do you have stretchy CM? That is a good indicator. You should test today and continue until you get a positive. The line has to be the same or darker.
