I'm somewhat dieting...I guess the big chocolate cake on my counter is not helping...
The personal trainer that I have is at the gym with two other friends. He does a circuit training class with us for a half hour. (I only go on Wednesday). He does kick my arse every Wed though. I pay 99 dollars for 8 sessions. I don't think it's that bad. Plus, when I'm done, I know all his exercises and I can do them on my own.
I also didn't tell my DH at first... but now he knows...He wasn't happy either but I told him that it makes me feel better so he dropped it.
Thank you though...
Wow 99 bucks isn't bad at all.... maybe I should try and do it on the sly like you did!! Oh DH would love that!
I hear ya about the cake...somehow cookies keep appearing in our house....

What gym are u going to?
I think we reside within the same area. I have no time these days to get into a gym and one day a wk sounds perfect, especially for $99.

I used to go to the same Synergy. Did they ever open up the second floor there?? I liked that gym, I really should join the synergy by my house. They have circut training there now??

I think they did open up the second floor...I don't go up there. The trainers do the circuit training.
