Anxiety after MC
Just wondering if anyone had it too.
I feel like I spent so much time planning and changing my lifestyle, and poof! Gone.
Then I get this anxiety that I am running out of time and the world is moving on ahead of me.
I guess this is normal, anyone else have this feeling?

Re: Anxiety after MC
yep 100% normal. I have come to terms with the fact that when it is right it will happen. That is mostly from my DH but it keeps me from going crazy and getting obsessed. I am not supposed to try this month since I am having some testing done(and my Dr screwed me for last cycle because he wasn't available to do the testsing on the correct day)

Re: Anxiety after MC
Your feelings are totally normal. You suffered a lose and now its time to grieve. Take as much time as you need to heal. For me it was probably the toughest experience of my life. Its been a year and a half since my m/c and not a day goes by that don't I think about what I went through. Good luck and know that we are here for you!

Those are all normal feelings. You suffered a loss and need time to heal. It's not an easy thing to go through. It will get easier as time goes on.

Re: Anxiety after MC
i'm sorry you're feeling anxious... i imagine that it's a normal part of processing the miscarriage, but that doesn't make it any easier.

Yup, I felt this way after a month or so of my D&C... I recently just started 'getting over it' (if you want to call it that ) I know it will happen soon when things settle down here in our lives and we will be blessed again as you will.

Re: Anxiety after MC
It is such a scary thing. I was just thinking to same thing today. It scares me to keep trying but...... I had one m/c, healthy boy and then another m/c at 15 weeks. Thank god for the healthy son that I have and adore more than the world.
You'll be fine. I feel like it changes my perception on pregnancy a bit. Although happy - very unknown if that makes any sense.
