I admit I have bullied , but saw the light....Causing anyone or wanting to cause anyone unhappiness is bullying to me...
Lack of respect constitutes bullying as well when someone has no respect for other peoples opinions or entitlements...
I have noticed every bully I have ever seen though tends to not be the sharpest tool in the shed, and I try to remember that...intelligence plays a big part, I havent ever seen a highly intelligent, well spoken , articulate person bully someone else ( online speaking) and that says a lot to me personally..

Yes I have seen that in my experience...but I dont always think Wit equals intelligence...
It could be a mechanisim for not being smart enough to understand respect, have compassion etc....
Humor is a way of covering up wrong doing sometimes..
