If your cycles are more that 28 days ... what day are you expected to 'O'? (textbook case)?

Is it ... every other day or every day? Starting when?

Where do you buy a Basil Thermometer?

Flinstone Vitamen's ... are they enough while TTCing or should I get a prenatal prescription?

Read Taking Charge of Your Fertility. It's a great book and explains everything!
You can get a basal therm anywhere. Eckerds, CVS, Walgreens. Luteal phase is time between O and AF. And any vitamin is good but make sure you are getting enough folic acid.

Mucinex is OTC med that breaks up mucus...you can get it at the drug store

make sure you take a minimum of 400mg of folic acid vitamin.

Mucinex is an expectorant for "chest/allergy congestion" but it also is supposed to help make your your cervical mucous "runnier" which allows the spermies to swim better... if you do a search you will find alot of info here. any drugstore has it.

most women o approx. 14 days before their next AF but its different for everyone. You can buy an OPK and start using it on CD10 to get an idea of when you ovulate.
