Symptoms Now that we are preggers

I guess from watching out for many signs that I would be preg I really do not see much of a change. I am actually only 4 days late but I am finding that my boobs only hurt at night now, and that some of my pimples are going away but I still have a lot of watery discharge. I guess I am just afraid of having another m/c but I wanted to see how everyone else's symptoms are. I know most of them dont kick in until the 6th week but I guess I am being paranoid.

I am pretty far along now but my earliest symptoms (from BFP - 8 weeks) was excessive saliva, exhaustion and a ridiculously heightened sense of smell. Also I felt like I had AF cramps almost the whole first 10 weeks or so.
Plus my nipples (not boobs) were super-sensitive. It hurt to put on a bra

I havent even missed my . yet but I was hit hard with symptoms.
Currently I have slightly sore boobs since yesterday
I didnt break out as I usually do B4 AF
Pressure down there
Excess saliva
Sluggish
My fave symptom was an overwhelming urge that I had to get one of the upstairs bedrooms cleaned out
