CM diminished?

What's the deal....the last two months it has been less than normal. I NEVER had a problem with this. I eat carrots recently too! Any ideas?

Also, now I just took a Sudafed Severe Cold to open my sinuses (no cold, just sinus problems). Will this diminish it more????

Absolutely- sinus meds dry you out.

To increase CM: lots of water, carrotts (you're doing that), I've heard green tea.

To make more watery,EWCM: robitussin or mucinex- the regular kind (no letters like "DM" after the name). This stuff really helps to loosen things up....

I have a lot of CM every month. I drink a lot of green tea (I drink it because I enjoy it, not to increase CM). And I also drink a ton of water.

I honestly think that the green tea does have an affect on the amount of CM.

i try to drink alot of water every day and usually have some cm any antihistamine can dry you out... "Expectorants" are what you want. FYI - mucinex is pricey but 1 pill has like 3x the amount of ingredient than robitussin. good luck

I feel your pain. I have seen my CM fluctuate in consistency too
