Having a smoke or 2?
I feel very bad about it.....I have try so hard. But when i am at work i just fall off the wagon.

I don't smoke but I feel the same way about my wine!! I figured until the day comes that I get a BFP then I'll stop my weekly indulgences!!

I'll join you on the smokes. Really trying to quit but it's so hard. Cut down alot and once we start IVF next month I will quit entirely whether I like it or not.

nope i have completely quit. it was hard in the beginingg but i have quit because i know it good for me to quit. you will come to the point when you don't even think about it anymore
