I live in Massapequa right on the borderline of Seaford. It is a nice area however taxes seem high there and they have problems passing their school budget.
but it is a nice area, I like south of merrick road in seaford

I am in Wantagh but on the border of Seaford. DH & I looked in Seaford (south of Merrick Rd) but were unable to find something that fit our needs. Taxes are higher but that is LI. Area is very nice & quaint. Where are you looking???

my husband grew up in seaford and loves it. it is a nice area, he really wants to move back as soon as we can. my friends just bought a really nice affordable house there too. they both live just south of the southern state, levittown school dsictrct (seaman neck-salk-macarthur)

2 of my good friends from High School grew up there and they loved it.
The location of the town is very convenient too - close to 135 and southern state!

its a very small town, you can drive right thru in 2 stop lights.
We havge been there for 2 years and our neighbors are awesome , has a real small town feel, sd is small and decent

I live in Seaford!
We love living here. DH has lived here his entire life. We love the area- its so convient to everything! We live on a main road, but dont mind it at all.

I work in Seaford on Merrick rd and looked in the area.
Its a great town and since I do ins...i get to know a few people from the area.
I ended up in N. massapequa just cause it was a bigger house for the price.

Yes, it is pretty large north and south. It goes all the way from the water up to past Jerusalem Avenue- probably almost to the Southern State (not 100% sure of the town lines).

I grew up in Seaford and loved the area. DH and I tried looking at houses and the prices of houses and taxes are insane. It is a beautiful area. Schools do have trouble passing the budget there. Good luck!

I grew up there and it is a great town. My parents still live there and the taxes are a little high but it depends on what area of seaford you live. Good luck!

I grew up in Seaford - Calvert Manor area. I went to Seaman Neck , Salk and macarthur. I loved my house. Seaford is a great location - centrally locatred

I don't live in Seaford but have family there. The town is adorable, great families, schools are good and close to all. If we were to sell our house, that would be 100% where we would buy.
