2WW - but I'm planning
on getting back on the treadmill - especially post holidays - that should not make a difference right? I just really need to start doing some exercise. AF is due one week from today

I want to do the same....my AF is due either on the 8th (35 day cycle) or the 13th (40 day cylce)
Do you think it's harmful?

I cannot imagine that exercise can be bad-- no one wants to do a triatholon here-- a little cardio and increasing circulation never hurt anyone.
What do I know though-- just thinking about it logically.

My dr. laughed when I expressed the same concerns. NOT exercising is bad...

Re: 2WW - but I'm planning
thanks lol. i know it sounds silly to ask but what throws me off is i've read that you can continue to exercise while pregnant ONLY if you were doing it before you got pregnant.

same concern here...I have also read that if you don't excrecise and then you start your body changes as far as AF and ovulation.

Re: 2WW - but I'm planning
i think as long as you start with some low impact exercise it shouldn't matter or affect your cycle too much. I def won't be doing any triathalons but if i can get back into my measly 4x per week routine - i'd be thrilled
