what signs tell you

you are ovulating...I mean with regard to feeling the pains, what do they feel like/what kind of pains are they?

Everybody is different. Most girls try an ovulation predictor kit to make sure. If your cycle is very odd, I'd like to suggest the saliva ovulation predictor kit. It is reusable. It worked for us!!!!!!

As for pains, I don't get them every month. But sometimes it feels like a dull pain from one side. However, this month was very sharp. We joked that I might have released too many eggs.

my ovulation pains feel like dull crampiness on one side or the other. one word of caution, though - even if you have them, i would not use these pains to guide your ttc process because the pains don't always correlate precisely with ovulation. i always thought mine did, but after using OPKs i realized that i 'felt' ovulation a couple days before it actually happened.
