how strict is the OPK
rule regarding holding your urine for 4 hours! i don't think i can do it again?

I don't think it matters that much, just try to hold it as long as possible. I actually forgot to test today, and I had to drink a ton of water so I could pee again, and I actually got a peak reading.

i havent heard of holding it in for 4 hours, but i do know that the less diluted your pee is the quicker the results show up on the OPK!

thanks - its the clearblue easy. i drink alot of water 2 quarts during the day so i hope it doesn't affect my results. i don't drink as much on weekends cause i'm running around...

I used the Clear Blue Easy and it says you can test with FMU - with the digital at least and it worked for me I got a smiley with FMU. Hope this helps  It makes it ALOT easier!
