I believe it cost 1200 and 150 a year around those #s you can do all sorts of payments.. I used Viacord call them or go on their website.. Its worth the $ JMO

I also used Viacord. Not sure how much it was-but we prepaid 20 years. It was expensive, but well worth the $ if it ends up helping one of us down the road!
