Leg cramps
I keep getting them in my left calf muscle and now the muscle is sore. This sux!

i don't know if there's restrictions when you're PG, but increasing your potassium should help the cramps at least a little bit (eat a banana!)

Believe me I've tried it all. I just hate this fact of pregnancy!!! I got them with the other 2 but don't remember the muscle being sore the next day from it.
