First AF after the D&C

holy moly - I am miserable!! The cramps are rough, and (TMI) the flow is heavier than I ever had before! You would think after all of the D&C spotting, it would be light, but nope!

On a positive note, I am done with cycle 1 and the doctor was totally comfortable with us trying again after AF. I am just hoping I regulate quickly!
