SLEEPING QUESTION
dd sleeps alot during the day and is up considerably during the night. I think it could be dh who talks to her at night which awakens her more. Do I have to cut out daytime naps or do I have to cut out dh talking to her? I dont want to mess her up by waking her up during the day but I want to sleep at night.

Re: SLEEPING QUESTION
i think that they all have their days and nights confused at first. At night make sure you dim the lights and use quiet voices, in time they understand the difference between day and night.

Re: SLEEPING QUESTION
Have you tried a bedtime routine? We do bath, bottle, book, bed and it help her learn days from nights. During the day I also followed a routine of eat, play, sleep. I did that with every bottle and then at night it's bath, bottle, bed.
