Is it possible to spot and have cramps about 1 week after conceiving?

Omg, this is so exciting!!
I don't want to get my hopes up but I never ever spot any other time other than AF not even during ovulation. I took a HPT last night and got a BFN but people are telling me it may too early for it to show up as a BFP.

if you can hold out til you are due for AF, if you are like me, I start testing at 10dpo

Re: Spotting...
Implantation spotting usually occurs 8-10 days after you ovulate (but doesn't always happen when you're preggo). Do you know when you O'd?

No because AF is all messed up
The first day of AF last month was 10/16 and lasted for 7 days. This month I started spotting 11/26 and it stayed around until 12/1 (the last night we tried). I NEVER spot during ovulation, this could be nothing but I know my body and never experienced what I am feeling now unless of course it could be my body/cycle is changing therefore this could be nothing. Just really confused and not quite sure what is going on, at the same time it's way too early to test so I guess I'll just hang in there, wait and keep trying

Re: Spotting...
Hang in there! We're all here to help if you have questions (god know a lot of us have way too much experience we TTC then we care to admit!). The first day of your cycle is the first day of AF, so if you spotted on 11/26 that's the last day of your last cycle. So, if you had a true AF 11/27, that would be the first day of your cycle. Most people recommend BD'ing from day 10 (which was yesterday) for about a week to catch your fertile period. It's very unlikely that you would conceive the last day of AF unless you have a long AF, paired with an early ovulation date. Also, it's VERY helpful to watch your CM (cervical mucus) - when you have EWCM (eggwhite CM) this indicates your fertile period and that you're approaching ovulation. Good luck!

You are always so helpful...in that case I don't think I am therefore I will continue BD'ing
