Stupid question re: FMU
I usually wake up once or twice in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. Is this the FMU or should I wait until I am up for good to use that as FMU to test? Thanks.

You got me, i would say which ever one has the longer stretch of not going to the bathroom, thats the one i would test with.
