Can someone post what you should do to increase CM??

if you do a search you'll find the past posts about this. I don't know how to insert the post links. I don't know how accurate it is, but i've read on here, that taking an expectorant is supposed to help (like Mucinex or Robitussin - the plain one), drink alot of fluids etc...

I used Pre-seed and I think it helped in getting my BFP
