Vitamins!
My vitamins that I take keep repeating on me SO bad that I feel like Im going to be sick.. any suggestions?

Mine are gross also. They make me burp alot and the taste is disgusting. I take mine at night right before I go to sleep with a glass of milk or juice and "sleep off" the nastiness.

i havent been to the Dr yet, so i have been taking the OTC ones from CVS. They arent that bad, so far. I take them everyday with food.

I was having the same problems - I was taking them at night right after I ate.
I take them now - literally the moment before I go to bed and it is soooooo much better!!!
