OB/GYN HELP!!
Hey Ladies,
My present ob/gyn in Smithtown (the offices of Marin, Weiss, etc) are on my last news. They made a major mistakes when they never told me I had disolvable cysts and even though I'm ok, they said the chart said the recommend me going in for a 3 month sono. Well 9 months later they call wondering why I never went. Big mistake on their behalf.
That being said, we are looking to get preggos in the spring/summer 2007. I want to get into an office that has a good reputation. If they made this mistake now, what kind of error will they make when I'm preggos....
Here are my musts:
-Must be FEMALE
-Within the area of Smithtown-Holtsville (central LI, but in between these to areas will be great)
-MUST be assosicated with St. Catherine or Good Sam
-Have late evening hours (I work in NYC)
-multiple doctors in 1 office

my docs meet almost all the criteria--but there is a group--not all females--one female.

do you have more info on them??? I actually made an appointment with Contemp. Women's Care in Smithtown but I willing to hear anything.

My Dr's are so unblelievable. They are males but have nurse practitioners/midwives. It is Personal Womens Care on Terry Rd in Smithtown

I know them, my friend uses them and is pretty happy but says they always botch up appointments. I'll see how the Contempary woman's care goes and I could always change later on. Thanks

I recently moved out to Suffolk and had to find a new OBGYN. I was recommended to Contemporay Womens Care. They are really nice there. It is 2 women and 2 men. They have night hours until 9pm.
I think you will like them.

I use Dr. Michele Polidoro in West Islip. She is a 2 dr. office. I mainly meet with Kristi Egner and she is wonderful, very supportive, answers any q's & its a great office. They are affiliated w/ Good Sam & Southside.
I'm at work, dont have their # here
Their address is 4 Grant Ave. in W. Islip
