S3 of The Crown - Anyone watching?
I keep coming here to see if anyone is talking about it lol. Figured I would just post and see. Kinda boring so far, but I'm still glued to it. I don't love the acting from all of the new cast. I don't know if that's just because I loved the old cast so much.

S3 of The Crown - Anyone watching?
i saw that things have changed to an older elizabeth, but i haven't had a chance to sit and watch. sadly, i won't have a chance until after thanksgiving.
i love the actress who plays the older elizabeth and can't wait to see how she plays her here.

S3 of The Crown - Anyone watching?
Only 1 episode in so far and DH and I couldn't get over how Queen Elizabeth was supposed to be only 38 now (1964) and Princess Margaret was supposed to be 34. I understand the casting due to the period seasons 3 & 4 covers but I'm sure through the magic of movie making, they could've made them look a little bit younger at the start of season 3, lol.

S3 of The Crown - Anyone watching?
Finished it earlier this week and loved it! I thought I wouldn't be able to get into the new cast but I think I like Tobias Menzies better than Matt Smith.
I love that they seem to be sympathetic to everyone. It's just so wonderfully done! It's unbelievable how much the cast looks like their real-life counterparts.

Wow I didn't realize they were so young. They made them look really old. Unless I'm just in denial but that's my age group and I'm pretty sure I don't look that old  ... none of my friends look that old either lol

I finished the season, I'm so disappointed it's over and I have to wait again. I watched the finale not realizing it was the last one  Very interesting and I feel like I learn from it lmao. I'm constantly googling things to find out how historically accurate it is.

I think people then just looked older in general back then.
Princess Margaret would have been 35 here but I would have guessed her much older.
