Game of Thrones
The idea of going to capture a wight to bring back to Cersei is SO STUPID.
And the plot contrivance of Gilly just HAPPENING to be learning to read a book that had the details of Rhaegar's annulment. So forced.
I really am struggling with this season. I also think that the Sansa/Arya storyline is terrible.

agree. I feel like it's paying homage to a great show that was.
I'm still gunna watch it though. But I can't help feel slightly insulted.

Yeah, it is such a STUPID idea to try and bring a wight back. Though I can't wait to see it go horribly wrong. This season just feels so rushed. Like Dany traveled halfway across Westeros and back in 20 minutes on the show. And granted, I don't want to watch her travel cross country, but it's just such a sudden switch. He's at the wall, no he's in Winterfell, no he's at Dragonstone, back at the wall! It makes my head spin.
I think the Gilly comment was just put there to push buttons for the fans. I don't think it's meant to be a plot device at all. It's not like Gilly or Sam are going to be delivering this bombshell, kwim?

I couldn't do it! I didn't want to ruin it if it was low quality or just off in some way. I'm waiting til Sunday. Was it longer than the last episodes? I thought they were all going to be long this season and I've been disappointed.

yea, i felt the same way, and it wasn't the best copy. and I like my subtitles, and this copy didn't have any, so i need to re-watch again on sunday to get the full effect.

WORTH THE WAIT!
Ahhh I can't believe it happened. I know there's been a lot of speculation about an ice dragon, but I didn't think this would be the way. I was convinced the Horn of Winter was going to bring down the wall and an ice dragon would emerge. I feel so sad for Dany and her babies. Drogon looked so sad searching the skies for his bro. 
In other news, Arya is creepy as all hell. She's making Bran look downright normal.

Arya is becoming really annoying but then I read that all the fighting between her and Sansa is BS and really they're working together, against littlefinger. So I'm hoping that's true and they kill him lol
The white walker scene was effed up. Man that was hard to watch. Then the dragon. Man. I flipped out when the dragon opened its eye again and I saw the shades of blue and the flecks.....absolutely insane.
So sad that it's over on Sunday

I really want to believe this... but why the confrontation in Arya's room? No one else was around to see it... at least as far as I could tell....

I can't believe tonight is the last episode!! It better be like 4 hours long lol.
I LOVE Arya. I think she is total badass and went through so much as such a little girl. I still think Sansa is a spoiled brat. While I feel for her for what disgusting things she had to go through, I think she wants to be queen at all costs and reminds me of Cersi alot. She did betray her family, I don't trust her at all and I wouldn't shed to many tears if she was killed off.
Oh and I wanted Jon and Dani to kiss so bad when he was laying in bed!!

 Welp... they did the damn thing!!
Though it was a little creepy being punctuated by the speech from Bran about Jon's- I mean Aegon's heritage. But then again, Targaryens wed within the family for centuries... so I don't know that this would stop them. Especially now.
I actually thought the first half of this episode was a snooze fest. The "meeting" was so stupid. The whole plot to bring Cersei a wight was stupid. The ONLY thing this accomplished was having Jaime switch sides after seeing Cersei for what she really is. I mean, c'mon Tyrion.. I know you try to see the best in people but did you REALLY think Cersei was going to send her troops north to fight alongside Dany and her Dothraki and Unsullied? Get your head out of your ass! I actually thought she was going to kill Jaime! I was scared for him for a second.
Once Sansa and Arya were holding their court... I knew it was true and they were playing Littlefinger. For such a big important character, it was such a quick nothing death. I mean... he's the reason this all started. He's patient zero! And now he's gone. Just like that!
But ohhhhhh the wall... yikes!! They better get a move on to go meet those white walkers... their numbers are only going to grow! And poor Tormund... I hope he's okay.

I don't think Jon and Dany have any chemistry, but he (or his stunt double) certainly had a nice butt!

I googled and can't find anything! He did use a butt double with Ygritte, but not sure about this time around. But... YUM.
