Extra time (hypothetical)
Would you rather have a 7 day week with 28 hour days, or 8 days of 24 hours?
Still maintaining a 40 hour work week... (or whatever your current work week hours happen to be..   )
More time each day to get things done each day, or an extra day each weekend....
(I realize that the math isn't equal for each scenario, but ignore the couple of extra hours in the longer day scenario...  )
I'd rather have an extra day for each weekend. I seem to get more done when I have extra hours lumped together in one day, instead of a few extra hours each day.

longer day.
It would give me time to get home, and make dinner, and see my kid before bed instead of rushing.
when i have a day off, i always waste it on netflix or lounging about, so that would not help me at all!
