Nobody cares
But this was funny!
Monday night I made appointments for each of us to get our eyes checked. I haven't had an eye exam in 15 years. Yay for date night at the optometrist!!
So, I love a good bargain and I always haggle. ALWAYS. I guess I'm a gypsy? 
I have been wearing -6.50 contacts for years. Optometrist said I should be wearing -6.0. I said no way! Are you sure?? Can we meet in the middle at -6.25?
My husband laughed but was annoyed and said "this is not the place to start haggling!! Let the man do his job!"

Haha. I always take FOREVER in the eye exam because I must give inconsistent answers or because I ask to repeat because I'm really not sure if the 1st or 2nd is clearer...
So, sometimes they try to move my script down, and if anything I think it should be higher. They have me try on both scripts so I can tell them the one I have is really better.
Did you end up getting new 1 days? I really need to go back and get those for convenience.

Which did you get? DId you end up with different BC? My 2 weeks are 8.7. But I think different materials, you can have different BC. I don't even know which ones I want to try. And I seriously don't have time to keep going back for different trials.
And, Congrats on your wedding!

Ciba vision dailies total (brown box). I've been wearing accuvue 2, 2 week disp with bx of 8.7 and they're fine. (The dailies didn't come in bc 8.7 so I bought half in 8.3 and half in 8.9. I hate both!) so the brown box contacts I'm a bc 8.5 dia 14.1 and they're perrrrfect! I noticed them stuck to my sink the entire day and they were still a lil moist! The accuvue would've dried up and turned to sharp plastic. That alone speaks volumes!
