Where do you look for apartment rentals?
I have to list a rental unit for the first time in years and need to know the best place to list. I always had good luck on zillow but are there any new sites that get a lot of traffic? Thanks?

when i was looking for my apartment, i looked on craiglist, mlsli, zillow, etc mostly the big sites. ended up finding it on craiglist, by owner, which was a big deal because it saved us $2k in broker fees.

slight highjack of this thread.
If you were looking for an apartment to rent - would you prefer it furnished (bed/couch/etc) or empty?
Thanks
