"I need 20 women, join my challenge!" Beach body question
What does if mean? What does it generally entail and cost?
If you have been a participant, can you share your experience?
Do you find it holds you more accountable ?

Beachbody is about $160 to start and then $120 a month for the shakes
I'm pretty sure the groups (or the one I was in) is basically for accountability and support

they say it's free, but when you think about it it's really not. bc you have to spend $$$ on the workout dvd's and shakes. the accountability & support grps are free. But that's the catch- eventually you will start to buy products. dont get me wrong, I love Beachbody & their workout programs (i own a ton of them) I esp love 21 day fix extreme, P90x3 & T25.

I was a Beachbody coach. Totally not free BUT the group does absolutely hold you accountable. That's what made it work - posting a picture of my sweaty face after each work out and listing my daily meals in the group. I'm not a coach anymore - I hate selling to people, I hated the upline groups I was in.. it's not for me. I loved helping people get fit, but the rest of it had to go.
