Not going anywhere but my dh tells me were hosting his friends family theyre coming from NY, total 6 people, from Friday to Monday. Now I have to start major cleaning  lol

the best , fastest cleaning is done when you have guests coming on short notice 
give your dh a 'to-do' list

We are going to Detroit for the weekend. FH's friends are there and now that we are in OH it's only a 3 1/2 hour drive, so it's not bad.

already sent him to costco. AND hes in charge of cleaning the 4 bathrooms.

Every year for the 4th we go up to our Lake George house. Getting a late start this year though - not leaving until Saturday morning and we'll be back Wednesday night. I'm soooooo looking forward to plopping my pregnant @ss in a tube on the lake with a mocktail.

i will be buying a small grill (ours got damaged when we moved, last year), a kiddie pool, and some burgers/hot dogs.
everyone will be relaxing while i'm probably going to spend the evening driving DS back to the base to be back in time for a half-decent bedtime to be back at work the next morning.
i'll be complaining about the drive, but loving the alone time with DS. he really is my favorite person to hang out with and good off with. we'll probably spend the drive making fun of each other and telling stupid jokes/puns.

Dh and I both have to work. We are going away this week for a mini vacay to Connecticut. I will watch the fireworks from my parents backyard during their bbq.
