Pretty sure we're past 9 million
I had no idea there was even a contest for this. Was it posted somewhere?

Re: Pretty sure we're past 9 million
Every million post milestone there's a big contest. Over the years, they've given away a tablet, gas grill, necklace, etc. About a month or so before the X millionth post is posted, I have a bunch of threads going on about the upcoming "event".

Yes, I know, but usually there is a post. I haven't seen one.

There were tons of posts 2.5 years ago for 9 million, and there will hopefully be another ton of posts in another year or so for 10 million (based on current trends)

Huh? Usually TPTB do a contest post. That's what I meant.
Edit: Just saw that this is an old post *face palm*

This is an old thread that was bumped, maybe that is what is causing the confusion.

There were definitely posts by TPTB for 9 million. Confirming the contest, and announcing the winner, as well as a few in between.

Oh... That's why I made sure I mentioned the point about 9 million 2.5 years ago.
Sorry for confusing everyone. At least it added some more posts to the total....
