ok- so I had my 2nd interview.....
I think it went well- it's hard to say for sure-
I was there for 40 minutes- and we were laughting and joking- I asked alot of questions - and she seemed to like me
I hope I hear something soon- I hate waiting
my head hunter is calling to see where I stand etc
I hope I don't have to wait another 2 weeks-

Sounds like a good sign to me.
I find it hard to understand that someone would waste 40 minutes out of their day if they didn't like you.
