I wanna start walking and possibly running and since DS1 is in school for 2 hrs, I wanted to do it during that time. Does anyone know any good places in patchogue or the surrounding areas? Stroller friendly btw, cause DS2 will be with me.

Yes! Walked here all the time when DD was in a stroller.
I love it.
Then later on when you are done, you can take him to see the animals!
And there is also a playground.

You have to pay to get into holtsville if you aren't a resident on Brookhaven. If your an is lip resident you can go to foster beach in sayville. I use to walk there with the stroller all the time.

That is true but not until sometime in May.
For now it's still free - if you want to go now

You need a town rec card though to get into foster ave beach . We had to pay for that, so it's not really free
