Hotel near Please Touch Museum, Hershey, or Crayola

I'm planning a trip to the Please Touch Museum next month and would like recommendations of hotels you've stayed at. I'd consider staying near Hershey or Crayola too since we plan on doing those (even though they're a few hours away, I wouldn't mind a drive for one day to something else). I feel like I've spent a million years on the internet researching hotels. I'd like something with 2 rooms (a suite), so when the kids go to bed DH and I can stay up and enjoy ourselves a bit. I also would like something with a breakfast option and need something with a fridge since we have a 1 year old that still drinks milk. I feel like I have too many demands for what is out there and in my budget, but maybe someone can help! Thanks.

The first thing that comes to mind was our room at Homewood Suites. We stayed at the one on Lancaster. Not sure if that's too far. It was perfect because we had 2 queen beds in the bedroom, then the door separated it from the living area/kitchenette so DH and I put kids to bed then hung out in the living area afterwards. I also LOVE Eden Resorts which again has the rooms that have 2 bedrooms so they can sleep in once and you can hang in the other that has a bed and couch TV, etc.

Residence Inn is a good option. There is the Residence Inn Harrisburg/Hershey, but completely out of the way for Crayola or Please touch.
