would you use a roasted chicken purchased on Friday?
I purchased a roasted chicken on Friday. Just did not get around to reheating and eating it. Would you still use it or toss it?

Stilltasty.com says it's ok for 3-4 days in the fridge. Is it a rotisserie chicken? If yes, I def would. All the salt is keeping it safe.

It should be safe to eat. Might be a bit dry so make some gravy to go along with it.

I'd eat it. I do most of my meal prep on Sunday and eat it during the week. Most things are cooked on Sunday and Monday.
