Have a ton of leftover blocks of cheese from holiday entertaining so I'm gonna make Mac and cheese. Maybe some cookies.

Re: What are you cooking for the blizzard
For brunch (combined breakfast/lunch today since it was easier that way) we had homemade egg mcmuffins... whole wheat english muffins, with cheddar cheese, fried eggs and chicken sausage. Also a bunch of different fruits- blueberries, blackberries and bananas.
I am going to make a cranberry almond tart soon.
And for dinner I will be making chicken wonton & bok choy soup. It takes like 2+ hours to make so I save it for days when I am snowed in and have the time because it takes so long!! Plus it's so cold, warm soup is nice after shoveling.

I have homemade sauce going on the stove with meatballs & sausage. The house smells so good, can't wait for dinner tonight. Going to bake with my oldest in a few minutes.

So far I've made chocolate chip cookies and sour cream donut muffins.
Also on the agenda: lentil or beef barley soup, turkey chili, brownies, cheese stuffed pizza pretzels and maybe a blondie cake.

Went to stew Leonard's yesterday. Pistachio ice cream, porterhouse steaks and a lot of shrimp. I might take out the air fryer I got for Christmas and experiment

Re: What are you cooking for the blizzard
No blizzard here, but I'm still cooking.
I'm making seared tuna with a side of homemade gyoza and cut up avocado. I'm baking 3 ingredient Nutella brownies.
Tomorrow is Asian honey pork belly over rice and sauteed spinach and shiitake mushrooms.

What are you cooking for the blizzard
Chocolate challah in the breadmaker, slow cooked tomato sauce in the oven (I was trying to make it in the slow cooker but it wasn't cooking down at all). But I think I made it too spicy :( Anyone have any idea how to tone the spice down?
And I am making whisky-dijon beef stew for dinner.
