I must confess, l've been eating dessert everynight
yes, and of all things ice cream, which I normally leave, but its left over from Thanksgiving. Now that I found it I've been adding chocolate chips and whip cream.
I must add, I never eat after 7 PM but lately Ive been nibbling late UGH, this is not how to drop a few pounds.
If I cant confess my sins to LIfam friends who can I.
I pledge not to eat dessert or ice cream once this is finished.
added: anyone else splurging and feel the need to confess so I don't feel alone

I do but usually try not to be too bad. Too many goodies around this time of year.

I ate cookies for breakfast and a mid morning snack- dinner...pizza and wine- seven hours of Christmas shopping and errands with an almost two year old requires rewards--my SIL just sent a package with chocolate and cookies for me...

Umm yeah, tons... DH wanted ice cream last night after we dropped my MIL off for her flight back to Hong Kong. That was yummy.

Wellllll you have to get rid of that ice cream somehow so it doesn't tempt you anymore. And you CAN'T throw it out- that's sacrilege. Eat up!
That's been my thoughts recently- we had a cookie exchange at work and I got SOOOO much chocolate and candy and sweets for the holidays for co-workers. So I eat a little every night to "get rid of it". I was doing SO well with eating right for a few weeks, too. Whooooops!

 this has been me every night for the past week... i haven't been eating popcorn, though. i've been eating caramel dots that i bought as an ingredient for a dessert i made two weeks ago. shame on me

That's my logic too, I don't have the heart to throw it out, people around the world are starving

I have been eating dessert non-stop - cakes, pastries, cookies, chocolate. I definitely gained 5 lbs since Thanksgiving. I don't want to go on the scale.

I made brownies for a party the other night, took the leftovers home and ate them for breakfast. Now im on vacay in Fl and eating my face off. Home tomorrow so ill try to scale back! Salads and fruit!!
