Star tax rebate going out now?
Did anyone hear about this. A friend told me some property owners should be getting a rebate check this year?

It's the state tax freeze check. Your school district and town needs to stay under the 2% tax cap.

It looks like if you greived you would get 2% of the prior year tax https://www.tax.ny.gov/pit/property/property_tax_freeze.htm
