Vacation bank expires on the anniversary of your hire, so you have until then to use them or lose them.
We get one personal day a quarter, that you must use in the following quarter.

when do you have to use PTO
we acrue as well. after like 300 hours they make you start using some. i have like 70 hours im not using this year just bc its impossible to get timeoff . it sucks.

We accrue & carry it over, but I have heard when we hit 378 hours (equivalent of 54 days), they start converting any further accruals to sick leave (which we do not get paid for upon retiring).

We can only carry over 3 days of PTO, which have to be used by March 31 of the next year
