i voted for the VS stuff because I figured she could return it easier for VS gift card $$! I've been doing that for years with xmas gifts and get to pick out some fun stuff for myself. I don't really like the hoodie or tote but love vs especially the pink line. Can't it just be a gift card?

Absolutely! I'm open to all suggestions!!
To answer some of the questions that might help, she's 25, they don't even have a date set for the wedding yet so I'm steering away from wedding related stuff. My cousin told me she loves VS, Sephora, and she wears Tom Ford perfume. That's about all I've got

I love VS hoodies and sweats- plus a nice tote is always handy. I think either is a good option, but I voted for the hoodie/tote.
ETA: And since she's 25 and loves VS- I think it's a good choice!

I agree with the Sephora sampler. I have given that in years past and it's a huge hit. I noticed they had a mascara sampler, skin care sampler and several others this year too. Great gift.
