Car Insurance?
Who is your Car Insurance with that is NOT Geico? We have them and are looking for a better rate? They used to be the best rate, but with not a single incident or claim since we have had them, our rates keep significantly increasing.

USAA but unless they changed it, you either have to be military or grandfathered in. Love them.

the same thing happened with us when we were with geico; we switched to progressive.

Car Insurance?
I was in the same situation with Geico and had to switch because they would not do anything to lower our rate after years and years of being a loyal customer. I called Jen Jennings, recommended from here, and she was able to lower our premiums and increase our limits.

Same thing happened to us, Geico kept raising our rates every 6 months. We finally switched to Traveler's and are saving $600 a year.

Thanks, ended up (SURPRISINGLY) going with All-State, they we $840 less per year than Geico. Spoke to a really nice rep, who has been working with me all day trying to get me the best quote possible.

Car Insurance?
Allstate we had geico too. Our rates were raised over $100 a month with geico. They told us it was due to rate increases in NY. We are paying $110 less with Allstate for full coverage and lower deductibles. Better coverage overall. Very happy with them. They are saving us a little under $1400 a year

Car Insurance?
We just switched from State Farm to Allstate as they were about $1800 a year cheaper. We called around to Geico, progressive, etc and Allstate had the best rate for us.

Car Insurance?
just out of curiosity, how long did you have Geico before they started to raise your rates?
I've had them since 2009 and my rates have gone up maybe $20 a month and that was last in 2013 when 2 new cars were purchased (i am paying under $170 a month for a 2014 Cherokee and a 2013 Rogue)
Now i feel i am over paying... if you don't mind me asking.. for those who found that Geico was too expensive, how much are you paying or are you paying much less than what I am now?

Ive been with Geico since about then also. Hard to say if you are overpaying compared to us or not, depends on your type of coverage. Cant hurt to get quotes and see where everyone else comes back though.

I have travlers I switched from Statefarm who kept raising my rates also!
Travelers was cheaper by far. I had a broker here looking for car and home insurance and the quote she got me for both (my auto and home are two different companies) beat state farm even with the bundle discount I had with them
I ended up with even a better deal than the broker got me for my auto just because through my job I got a discount
