Cash/bank/visa GC w/out fees
I'm a class mom for my dd class. We are collecting money and I want to get a GC in the amount of money we collect. I would rather not buy a visa or an Amex GC and pay a fee. Plus we may end up with an odd amount. Does anyone know of banks or GC we could buy without fees? I bank with chase/capital1 and the other class mom uses Astoria and I don't any of those banks do it.

TD bank has Visa gift cards for free if you have an account.
last year while I was there making a deposit a class mom asked me to get her a giftcard and she gave me the cash I was more than happy to do it

I got an email from Amex with a code for no fee if you spend $100
Code is NOV1CVNP
Good until 12/31/15

I know teachers does, but you are allowed a certain amount per year for free with no charge.
