I had my 6 month re-check at 8 months and..
all good. If you remember last March before I lost my health insurance I went early for a sono, to make sure my cancer did not come back. Last March they found an enlarged lymph. At that time the Dr said we needed to re check no later than 6 months. Yes, I delayed until this month.
I went on Monday and completed my blood work as well. Yesterday my Dr called and said, the lymph they saw is gone, a smaller one was found, but nothing to worry about unless it starts to go crazy and grow. Re-evaluate one yr:)
my cancer markers (blood work) also came back low showing no signs of cancer. Both are good signs

ps I was so cranky over the weekend leading up to my visit

I wont be considered completely clear and considered cancer free until a full 5 yrs passes, but its a great start
