I usually post:
1) pics of the kids
2) funny jokes or quotes I like
3) countdowns to fall and Xmas to torment my summer lovin' friends 
4) recipes from Food Network so I don't forget them, I love to cook
5) if something funny or interesting happens or is said I sometimes will post that
6) I do sometimes post food pics but mainly it's because I had a few people who enjoyed them and wanted my recipes. I ended up starting a FB group for sharing food pics/recipes so I can share everything in one place with anyone who wanted to join

I don't post often but if I'm out with my friends, I'll post a picture. Yes I'm one of those that will post a picture if I had a great run or workout. If I'm happy why not write about it. I often upload pictures of my girls. Again I don't post much but don't mind reading about what other people are doing or where they are going especially if it has something to do with exercise.
