Talk to me about
veils. Is the veil and the blusher that covers your face for walking down the aisle 2 separate pieces? Do I need to have the blusher or can I just wear a regular veil covering the back of my head/hair? Does the veil usually come off at the reception or it stays in my hair all night? Do I even need hair clips then?

Can come separately. You can wear whatever you want, whenever you want. It comes with a comb to put in.
I only had mine for ceremony, but people keep it in through first dance or even the reception. Your call.

I did not have a blusher. You can have a multiple tiered veil and not wear it over your face.
IMO you can do whatever you want. there is not right or wrong.

I didnt have a blusher veil just a cathedral lenght veil. I kept it on the entire night cause i was in love with it. the bridal attendent somehow came up with a bustle for it so i could keep it on LOL.
You can do whatever you like. Whens the big day?

I had a blusher and a 2 tier veil. The blusher was removable but I ended up leaving it on the whole day. It was just easier. You can do whatever you want in the moment.

It's your wedding, so you do whatever makes you happy.
Personally for mine, I wore only a veil and had it on for the entire ceremony/reception. Figured it was my only time being a bride, so might as well revel in it as much as I could.

I had a two tier veil -- one cathedral length that was only worn for the ceremony -- the other waist length with a blusher. The blusher also came off after the ceremony.

Re: Talk to me about
i did not wear a blusher. hated having my face covered. had a medium length veil, up to the waist. it stayed on through the first dance or there-about, and then i had the attendant take it off. I had enough issues with DH stepping on my dress every two steps, did not need him to rip my veil too! lol
you can do whatever you feel comfortable with. it's your day.

Just don't break the stitching on the comb like I did in my nervousness. I was late for my own wedding as I couldn't get the darn thing to sit straight after part of it came undone :)

I had a cathedral length veil and then a blusher. I kept the blusher on all night as a regular veil. It was so beautiful and I sparkled all night.

I just had a very long veil attached to the back of my head and no blusher over my face. Since my veil was so long I took it off for the reception so no one would trip over it, and also since it kept getting stuck to things
