Off the top of my head, Pugliese and Laurel Lake do. There are a bunch that do,

Raphael stopped allowing outside food as of May 1st.
Fewer and fewer are allowing outside food; your best bet is to call ahead to check.
Jason's definitely does, and so does Baiting Hollow. However, Baiting Hollow does not allow hard coolers. Pugliese is another that, as of last year anyway, did.
